Job Overview

The Senior Manager, Collections Strategy & Analytics is responsible for developing and implementing collection strategies to reduce delinquencies, improve collection effectiveness and efficiency, and innovate new ideas to lower PCL and write-offs. The role includes executive reporting and monitoring of collection strategies and asset sale oversight for retail and small business unsecured and secured portfolios.
