Job Description
The
Senior Manager, Campaign Integration
is a growth and commerce integrator responsible for driving full-funnel campaign performance from awareness to acquisition. Reporting to the Head of Audience Marketing, this role partners closely in shaping and operationalising audience growth initiatives — translating strategic objectives into structured, commerce-ready campaign frameworks.
You will play a critical role in accelerating user acquisition efficiency, shortening conversion cycles, and ensuring campaigns are commercially structured while safeguarding long-term audience growth and retention priorities.
This is a hybrid strategic-execution role: you think in systems, understand conversion mechanics, and are able to turn growth strategy into scalable implementation across Digital Marketing, Creative, Editorial, Product, and Operations teams.
