The role

The Senior Manager, Business Registry Delivery applies a substantial depth of specialist service delivery knowledge and expertise to lead the frontline service delivery teams responsible for managing the day-to-day ASIC functions associated with companies, business name and other registers.


You will be accountable for:

  • Providing strategic leadership and expert advice on complex service delivery issues.

  • Driving continuous improvement in service delivery capability, enhancing customer experience and staff engagement.

  • Leading resolution of complex and sensitive matters, exercising sound judgement and decision-making.

  • Contributing to strategy, policy development, and organisational change initiatives.

  • Building and managing key stakeholder relationships while identifying system and workforce improvements to optimise performance.
