In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Own India Flexim order booking POR, forecasting, pricing governance, and overall profitability Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Flexim India, APAC, and Global teams, and execute actions to achieve set targets. Plan, Lead and Execute Marketing campaign activities for Flexim Product Line Growth in India. Define and execute national sales and business development strategy aligned with Flexim APAC/Global objectives. Lead early project identification, EPC/PMC engagement, spec-in activities, and qualification trials. Provide hands-on coaching during customer meetings, field visits, project reviews, and escalations Ensure disciplined CRM usage for pipeline management, forecasting, and management reporting Ensure to have all product related approvals like PESO etc. Provide strategic feedback to regional teams on opportunities and technology adoption
