Senior Manager - Business Development

I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• 
  Responsible in managing the day-to-day operations of the team
• .Recommend short and long term marketing strategies to gain market penetration for local market, and meet Key Performance Indicator (KPI) set forth by the management
• .Strategize and recommend plans relative to the growth and development of the market share and acquire new business in different regions of the country
• .Monitor the team’s performance and ensure that the goals in terms of the new sign-up, reactivation, patron’s attendance in events are met by the team
• .Ensure to familiarize all team member of the programs being offerd to the patrons, as well as how to source for promoters, and agencies to increase the company’s market share
• .Ensure that all team members are knowledgeable with the different gaming products and offering especially in the VIP areas
