Senior Manager, Benefits

Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Benefits in Morrisville, NC . This role leads the design, deployment, and renewal of global employee benefit programs, including insured plans, pension programs, and time‑off offerings. The position partners with cross‑functional teams to implement, communicate, and administer programs while ensuring compliance with local regulations, and contributes to key initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and renewal of global benefit programs.
• Partner with People teams to administer benefits programs, including policy, enrollment, and compliance.
• Manage the annual U.S. open enrollment process.
