Responsibilities
You will be responsible for documenting user stories, processes, analyzing business
requirements, designing solutions, and collaborating with project teams to ensure
successful implementation of Salesforce Education Cloud.

• Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of
Salesforce solutions. Ensure adherence to IT governance policies, security
