  2. Ensure that Agency Partners recruit,appoint and train Agents
  3. Ensure that Agency Partners work towards helping their Agents achieve business targets
  4. Ensure that PFAs of Agency Partners have a healthy persistency

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Age between 23 - 40 yrs
  • At least 2year of  Agency or Varaiable agency experience in Insurance Sector.
