Senior Manager - APAC Financial Controller

What you’ll be doing

1.Works with business leaders and other key stakeholders, enhancing operational methods, activities and processes to address gaps and weaknesses in controls and compliance and ensure all accounting and control activities are carried out in compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements
2. Applies expert knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles to anticipate emerging trends and requirements and shares expertise from multiple functional areas to inform commercial decision making
3. Leads the reporting on the control framework for the Group/ Business Unit
4. Manages the implementation of finance transformation and regulatory changes , ensuring new control procedures operate successfully, and in compliance with local legislative and regulatory requirements
5. Mentors, coaches, and/or manages experienced professionals to develop current and future team capabilities and ensure performance
