Senior Manager, Advanced Quality Engineering

TE Connectivity’s Digital Data Network Business Unit is seeking a proactive and experienced Advanced Quality Engineering Sr Manager to lead quality initiatives within our New Product Development process for one of the SBTs globally. This role is pivotal in leading a team developing and implementing quality systems for new products and product changes from components to full assemblies within cross‑functional product development teams.

You will champion Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) throughout the development lifecycle, facilitate quality tools and risk mitigation strategies, manage customer requirements, and audit New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. Collaboration with manufacturing sites, supplier development, and continuous improvement are key aspects of this role.
