We're Hiring – Senior Maintenance Technician (Food Industry) to our site in ODEMIRA

We're growing our team and looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician with excellent electrical skills and strong industrial mechanical experience to join our food manufacturing operation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment, troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical issues, and keeping equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Who we're looking for:

• Very strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Solid experience with industrial mechanical systems (motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, etc.)
• Background in food manufacturing or FMCG (highly desirable)
• A proactive, safety-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and support/mentor others when needed
