Senior Maintenance Manager with Project Development

Lead our building maintenance efforts as a Senior Maintenance Manager within the Project Development Department, focusing on creating safe, operational environments for seniors. This Island-based role involves both on-site management and travel across BC.
Working closely with the Director of Project Development, you will oversee a wide range of maintenance functions to guarantee a welcoming atmosphere for residents and staff alike. You will be responsible for implementing preventative measures, conducting inspections, and maintaining up-to-date safety and emergency protocols.
