Lead a large, site‑based maintenance team within the North American Fulfilment Network, ensuring equipment uptime, maintenance execution, and project delivery in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a maintenance team of at least 80 people, including Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers.
• Develop and implement maintenance business plans and reliability strategies to maximize facility uptime.
• Drive maintenance best practices: innovate, document, standardize work methods, enforce safe work practices, and conduct training drills.
• Provide guidance to senior leadership on maintenance and equipment end‑of‑life (EOL) decisions using ROI and other analytical techniques.
