SENIOR MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (Based in Perai)

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• To establish a controlled fiber cable assembly process and document in the system.
• Equipment Control and Preventive Maintenance.
• Generate and implement VA's to guide production properly execute termination process and meet product specification.
• Failure analysis of 100Gig/VOA test fall outs from line and fiber cable defects. Do 'whatever it takes' to meet or exceed our customers' expectation in compliance with the Quality Policy.
• Responsible for qualification of assembly process and parts for new product requirements.
• Ensure all equipment operating at optimal level and minimize equipment down time.
• Responsible for periodic preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment.
• Improve assembly process ergonomic and efficiency thru simplification of process flow.
• Manage spare parts inventory and replenish as needed.
