• Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
• Annual Salary Pay: $85,000 to $95,000
• Annual Bonus: up to 10% of base salary
• Shift & Schedule: Flexibility needed to support any shift/schedule
• Travel: up to 90%
• Startup warehouse leadership, knowledge, and process optimization experience is preferred to support startup operations
• Success in leading, mentoring, and developing teams is highly desirable
• Experience managing employees in a large distribution center is preferred.
