Job Description
- Monitor and ensure the execution of end-to-end logistics processes, including warehousing, dispatch, reverse logistics, equipment sorting, spare parts management and kit assembly.
- Perform critical analyses of operational performance, proposing continuous improvement actions focused on efficiency and cost reduction.
- Support the contractual and operational management of logistics operators (3PLs), contributing to the standardization and structuring of workflows.
- Monitor SLAs, conduct operational audits and support deviation handling, including defining and tracking action plans.
- Track and update performance indicators (KPIs), such as operational productivity, inventory accuracy, OTIF, inventory aging and operational discrepancies.
- Produce in-depth analyses using methodologies such as PDCA, 5 Whys and Ishikawa (fishbone) diagrams.
