The ideal candidate will: Be a seasoned lawyer who can play a vital role in supporting the commercial contracting process, including drafting, amending and negotiating contracts Demonstrate sound legal and business judgment to make recommendations, and solve legal and business problems, often within tight deadlines Manage contract-related work for Hepburn’s diverse customer base with contracts that vary from smaller-value contracts to large-value and complex contracts, international in scope and taking up to several weeks or m...
