Senior Legal Counsel

Our client is a global intelligent robotics company integrating AI with advanced robotics technologies, with operations across Europe and Asia. The company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to be based in Singapore, supporting business activities across Southeast Asia.

This role reports to the Group General Counsel based in China and Germany and works closely with regional and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on commercial and corporate law matters , including contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, and general business operations.
• Support cross-border transactions and regional entity matters.
• Assist with capital markets–related matters as needed; U.S. IPO experience is a plus .
• Coordinate with external counsel and collaborate with legal teams in China and Germany.
• Travel to the Germany headquarters as required.
