Senior Legal Counsel

The Legal Department of Applied Industrial Technologies (NYSE: AIT), an industrial distributor with a market cap exceeding $5 billion, seeks an experienced commercial transactional attorney to join its expanding team in this newly created role. This position is located at a designated location in one of our local subsidiaries in Monterrey, MX. Essential Duties and Job Functions Develop understanding and assist the business team leaders in the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts and other legal documents typical of a large global industrial distributor, including sales agreements, supply agreements, distribution agreements, technology licenses, SaaS agreements, consulting agreements, and various vendor services agreements.
