We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with an affinity for cryptocurrencies and banking experience to join the Legal & Compliance Team at a Swiss Bank. The successful candidate will provide legal advice to senior management, draft and negotiate legal agreements in the cryptocurrency environment, and lead project management for regulatory initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Offering proactive legal and regulatory guidance to senior leadership, relationship managers, and business teams on relevant matters, while maintaining communication with external counsel

Drafting, organizing, and negotiating legal agreements with clients and suppliers in the cryptocurrency and technology sectors

Leading project management for legal and regulatory projects, as well as overseeing corporate matters
