**About The Role:**
The Senior Legal Counsel provides expert and professional legal advice, guidance and support to ensure that the legal, regulatory and reputational risks faced by HSBC in Thailand are identified, reported and mitigated. This role will report to the Country General Counsel.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Providing counsel and support primarily to the Corporate and Institutional Banking business, and their associated global functions including corporate finance, trade and payment products, global markets products and services including foreign exchange forward, option, swap transactions, and documents governing the trading of those products (e.g. ISDA, GMRA), and securities services (e.g. custody, escrow, fund supervisory, fund administration).
