Job Description

ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors is seeking a highly skilled engineer to design, realize, and optimize AlInGaN LED chips. You will work on high-performance, high-current LED concepts and collaborate with process development and manufacturing in global teams.

The role requires deep understanding of wafer fabrication, device physics, and frontend processes, with strong problem solving and communication skills in English (German a plus).
