We seek energetic, self-directed, and motivated individuals to provide top-tier AV/IT support to faculty, staff, and students. In this hands-on role, you'll install, configure, repair, and troubleshoot systems, offering advanced support for a wide range of AV/IT technologies. Collaborate with management on emerging technologies, test new solutions, and serve in various roles such as Subject Matter Expert or Technical Lead.

Requirements
  • years of progressively responsible experience with AV/IT technology in a support role.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. (Work experience accepted in lieu of degree)
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift moderately heavy equipment (up to pounds).
