+ Support the development and execution of the annual learning and development plan aligned to business needs
+ Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and translating requirements into effective learning solutions
+ Implement and manage learning programs to achieve desired business outcomes
+ Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees and supervisory-level audiences
+ Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through data and insights
+ Analyze post-training reports and recommend actionable improvements
+ Collaborate with the LMS team to enhance Oracle Learning Cloud utilization and learner experience
