Position Summary
The Senior Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist is responsible for delivering engaging training sessions to support the development of client PH staff. This includes facilitating induction for new hires, ensuring timely completion of core and compliance training, and supporting ongoing learning needs across the business.
You will also assist the Learning and Development Senior Lead in responding to ad hoc training requests and helping design learning interventions that drive staff performance, knowledge, and growth. This role requires strong facilitation skills, flexibility, and a service-oriented mindset.
