Job Description
Senior Learning and Development Coordinator reporting to the Manager of Learning and Development, will design and deliver technical courses and skill-based training that align to the learning and development priorities of the organization.
Position Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the execution of business as usual, small-scale training program
- Lead or support quick wins, process improvements, and initiatives that will improve learning and development operations
- Lead or support in the conceptualization, preparation and implementation of new courses/s
- Work and develop relationships with trainers, consultants and learning business partners in delivering function or organization-wide learning and development programs or initiatives
