Job Description

The Learning & Culture (L&C) organization supports the creation, curation, and deployment of end-to-end learning solutions to increase organizational and employee success. The Learning Advisor Senior Lead is a strategic Human Resources professional responsible for identifying the Learning needs of their coverage area and determining the appropriate solution in alignment with the Learning & Culture Menu of Services. The role works in close partnership with key business and HR stakeholders to deliver an integrated strategy.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Develop, execute, and market a Learning strategy that supports global functions, product and/or country regulatory priorities, leverages enterprise solutions, and drives performance improvement
