GE Vernova seeks a Senior Lean Manager to accelerate the energy transition by leading Lean transformation across European generator manufacturing sites. You will run Kaizen events, coach leaders, and deploy Daily Management and BIQ to improve quality and flow.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Lean manufacturing, hands-on TPS expertise, and a strong capability to scale best practices across multiple factories within Europe.
