Kohler Co. is seeking a focused Lean Manufacturing Engineer to implement manufacturing processes and continuous improvement projects onsite in Juarez, Nuevo León, México. The role emphasizes reducing waste, optimizing layouts, and maintaining standard work.

You will work under the Project Specialist / CIC to drive efficiency and safety across plants. Preferred candidates have a Bachelor in Engineering, 5 years of lean project experience, and fluency in English and Spanish, with SAP and VIS
