Senior Lean Production Supervisor

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the Production Department's quality, delivery timeliness, costs, safety and morale. You will guide, coordinate, supervise and manage the manufacturing process on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate is a college graduate with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing production. Strong leadership, clear communication, cost analysis skills, and lean manufacturing mindset are essential for success in this role.
