Copeland Motores de Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V. seeks an Industrial Engineer to drive lean manufacturing initiatives and manage the Perfect Execution database. You will coordinate cross‑functional meetings, update key data, and prepare drawings and specifications for ongoing projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, fluent English, and at least 3 years in manufacturing or engineering using lean tools. Knowledge of PLCs, pneumatics and AutoCAD is essential.
