Description GSPANN is looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to drive platform development, customizations, integrations, and CMDB optimization while ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices. The role involves leading technical discussions, managing platform performance, and delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Provide development and support for ServiceNow platform issues, including root cause analysis and permanent fixes. Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow. Collaborate with process consultants to align platform capabilities with ITIL best practices. Manage and optimize ensuring data integrity and alignment with configuration management processes. Lead technical discussions and provide guidance. Work closely with project managers to support ServiceNow-related project deliverables.
