Job Description
The Role
Ensure the stability, availability, resilience, and reliability of SAP processes, primarily financial processes (FI), guaranteeing that batch and online processes run according to schedule and business objectives, with traceability, evidence, proactive monitoring, and failure recovery, while leading operations under AMS, SRE, and continuous improvement principles.
1. Reliability, Incident, and AMS Operations Management
- Lead the management of critical SAP incidents and major problems , ensuring root cause analysis (RCA) and remediation plans.
- Oversee the execution and reliability of SAP jobs and process chains (financial, accounting, and operational), in coordination with SAP Basis.
- Ensure the correct operation of SAP FI processes :
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Financial close processes
