Senior Lead Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering roles (e.g., software developers, data engineers/scientists, cloud engineers, cybersecurity specialists, QA engineers, etc.) across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define competency-based interview criteria, and set realistic hiring timelines and confirm headcount plans.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, talent communities, and direct or passive sourcing in order to build strong technical talent pipelines.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical fit, culture fit, and career motivation; coordinate technical assessments and panel interviews with engineering stakeholders.
