**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a **Senior Lead Product Manager – Affluent Deposits** to help shape the strategic direction and evolution of Prime and Premier Checking products within the **Consumer & Small Business Deposits** organization. This role will lead the development of differentiated product value propositions, customer experiences, and go-to-market strategies designed to drive sustainable balance growth and high customer satisfaction.
As a senior member of the product team, you will operate with a strong **P&L-owner mindset** , serving as a key arbiter of product-level economics. While this role does not carry direct P&L ownership, it is accountable for defining and owning the economic narrative of the portfolio—evaluating tradeoffs across growth, pricing, customer experience, risk, and funding objectives to inform leadership decision-making.
