Job Description

ThunderSoft in Penang, Malaysia is seeking Senior/Lead Physical Design (PnR) Engineers to lead the physical implementation of high‑speed I/O PHYs on advanced nodes, ensuring designs meet performance, power, area, timing and manufacturability goals across the full chip flow.

You will collaborate with RTL, analog, package and verification teams, drive floorplanning, CTS, routing and signoff, mentor junior engineers and help bring silicon to tape‑out with rigorous design closure and methodology
