Job Description

Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Sr. Supervisor – Supplier Quality & Development to drive supplier quality strategy across HVAC components. You will lead a team of quality engineers, establish qualification plans, and ensure supplier readiness for NPI and serial production.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing and Quality, apply problem-solving tools, and advance supplier development to meet performance, reliability and regulatory standards for HVAC systems.
