Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Commercial Banking Relationship Manager for clients with annual revenue of $25MM to $100MM supporting the Chicago market as part of the Commercial Bank. **In this role, you will:**

+ Partner with Business Development Representatives to strategically identify and cultivate new commercial banking opportunities. Leverage established networks and industry relationships to expand market presence and accelerate business acquisition.
+ Identify, source, and engage complex prospects through both cold and warm outreach strategies, leading the team in developing approaches that generate new, profitable Commercial Banking relationships within the $25–$100MM revenue segment
