Key Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous operation, compliance, and security of network infrastructure by collaborating with network operations, architecture teams and vendors.
• Oversee and manage changes, problems, and root cause analysis (RCA) processes to resolve network issues efficiently and minimize downtime.
• Act as an escalation contact for incidents.
• Assist with network project rollouts and implementations.
• Plan and execute upgrades, installations and ongoing support for network appliances and hardware.
