We are seeking a Senior Lead – Automation to drive end-to-end automation strategy across UI, API, and system integration testing , while leading a team of 5 -6 automation engineers . This role requires a strong hands-on technical leader with proven people management skills, capable of working closely with Product, UX, Development, and DevOps teams in a fast-paced agile environment.
The ideal candidate will balance technical depth, leadership, and delivery ownership , while continuously improving quality practices and automation maturity.
