Senior Lawyer (Research & Education)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Lawyer to join our dynamic in-house legal team within the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) at Monash in its Research & Education stream. The OGC’s Research & Education stream supports the University’s cutting-edge research, with a focus on major domestic & international research projects and collaborations, funding and grant agreements, research service agreements and consultancies, clinical trials, Intellectual Property-related advice and University staff and student engagement matters. 

As a Senior Lawyer, you will deliver timely, practical and strategic legal advice across the University’s research and education activities, consistent with the ethical standards of a corporate legal practice.
