KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Target Achievement – Manage sales performance within the assigned segment, track results (daily/weekly/monthly), and implement action plans to meet business targets.

  • Business Development – Drive growth by building new supplier and client partnerships and expanding business opportunities across industries.

  • Relationship Management – Strengthen and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and partners through regular engagement, feedback collection, and performance improvement initiatives.

  • Market & Competitor Insights – Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional schemes, providing timely recommendations for effective responses.

  • Product & Marketing Support – Coordinate product launches, propose promotions, and ensure strong brand visibility across client and supplier networks.
