Role Summary
The Senior Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key customers to drive sales, profitability, and sustainable business growth. This role requires strong commercial acumen, strategic planning, negotiation capability, and cross-functional leadership to execute customer plans and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers at managerial and executive levels.
- Lead annual customer business planning and joint business plans (JBP).
- Manage trading terms, agreements, service levels, and contract negotiations.
