Senior Java/AWS Developer – Leeds, UK

We are looking for a Senior Java/AWS Developer with 7+ years of experience to join our team in Leeds. The role requires SC eligibility (SC not required) and an AWS DevOps Engineer Professional (or above) certification. This is a contract position with 3 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain secure, high‑quality code.
  • Design and develop AWS‑based solutions.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines and modern tooling.
  • Support integrations and production services.
  • Provide L3/on‑call support when required.

Key Skills

  • Java, Angular, React, Spring Boot
  • AWS, DevOps & CI/CD, Node, Typescript
  • Experience with AWS DevOps Engineer Professional (or higher) certification; ITIL desirable.
