Job Description
Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Senior Java FullStack Engineer with GenAI for their Irving, TX location. Responsibilities:
+ Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered solutions using Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor
+ Integrate GenAI tools into enterprise SDLC workflows (CI/CD and internal platforms)
+ Partner with Client LOB teams to accelerate product delivery and lifecycle improvements
+ Lead tool onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives
+ Drive adoption and establish best practices for GenAI usage
+ Monitor and optimize tool performance, efficiency, and usage
+ Implement prompt engineering and workflow integration best practices
+ Provide hands-on troubleshooting, performance tuning, and scaling support
