- The proposed resource must have at least seven (7) years of experience in software engineering.
- The proposed resource must have experience developing Java applications.
- The proposed resource must have experience using the Spring Boot framework.
- The proposed resource must have experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- The proposed resource must have experience working with relational databases.
- The proposed resource must have experience using version control systems such as Git.
- The proposed resource must have experience participating in requirements analysis, system design, and testing activities.
