Job Description
- Define and Ensure standards (API governance, java best practices, middleware configurations) are applied.
- Provide expertise on performance tuning for Java applications and middleware platforms including memory management and garbage collection strategies.
- Train and mentor developers. Support code reviews when necessary.
- Troubleshoot expert: Act as the top tier escalation point for complex technical issues related to API management, java or application server performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Analyze within their IT lines the current technology trends and look for opportunities to design new technology solutions that would maximize the company's productivity and improve business operations.
