The Platform implements an initiative to provide Operations with a central place to review and manage their work.
This includes managing exceptions raised during Settlement Processing as well as categorizing and responding to corporate client emails that come into various Operations mailboxes. There are other workflows already added and being implemented.

Overall 8 to 10 years of experience as an individual contributor in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications using Java, springboot.
