Responsibilities:
Develop, enhance, and maintain core Java-based banking applications.
Design and implement multithreaded applications to ensure high concurrency and performance.
Utilize Java Collections Framework and data structures to optimize data handling.
Analyze and improve application efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and UI/UX designers.
Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
Follow best coding practices, coding standards, and Agile methodologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Java applications.
