Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance Java applications.

• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
• Ensure application security, performance, and reliability.

• Stay updated with emerging Java technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
Desired Experience & Qualification
